A lot to talk about, a big new federal court ruling

in the Hillary Clinton email issue.

We get discovery into how that whole thing happened.

Plus a new Judicial Watch lawsuit on the Clinton Foundation, some big

news there.

And then we have these developments in Congress and on the Hill with the Mueller investigation

showing that James Comi is not cooperating with Congress and Miller is still

abusing the Trump team with really abusive indictments and plea deals and such so I'll talk about that as

well plus there's a new attorney general appointment that's just been announced

so I'll give you my immediate reaction there. But first the big news

which is a major court development in the Clinton email skaggo. Maybe the most

important development yet.

Judge Royce Lambert, the U.S. District Court judge here in a District of Columbia, essentially

authorized Judicial Watch to conduct significant discovery into the Clinton email issue.

Judicial Watch's lawsuit about the Benghazi talking points in which we asked for Clinton emails was the reason we found the Clinton email

scandal. It was in response to that FOIL lawsuit that the Justice Department

and the State Department were finally forced to admit that they had all these emails

that they hadn't told us about or the court about.
