Tom, you're always one of my favorite people to have a conversation

within the sport. Before we get into it, how are you doing today? I'm very well. Yeah, the last time

we spoke properly, I was sat at Abbey Hall's parents' house and Fountain Hills in Arizona,

and we did a podcast from there. And that is the perfect place to start because I feel like there's been a little bit of an evolution.

And again, I don't know if your mind has changed on this, but I'd love to hear you talk about

the extent to which you feel comfortable, like being in these settings pre-race.

Because we've done a couple remote interviews,

some in-person stuff, but like I think last year before UTMB,

your mindset was like, maybe we just disengage a little bit,

keep things super quiet.

So talk about maybe just the change there.

I think this year has been really different to any other year.

I have for the last, since after winning Western States,

proving myself over 100 mile distance

and getting a big race win,

I've kind of just been a bit grabby at 100 mile races.

And I don't think, and no, and that doesn't work.

You can't grab for it.
