1:23.6	He's a big focus on pliability, which is a lot of things I've learned in network chiropractic care totally line up with that.
1:30.7	And that's why he's been able to stay healthy all these years, even though he gets hit from all sizes because he's got lots of flexibility in his frame.
1:40.3	And, you know, whereas people that don't have pliability or flexibility in their frame, when they get hit from a weird angle, there's no give.
1:48.5	And that's why things break and they, you'll see players get injured with the same leg or the same side of the body over and over.
1:54.3	It's because that's where all the muscle tension is in it.
1:56.5	And all the work that he's done and all the countless hours of preparation and treatments and stuff that he gets.
