Hello, welcome to the MMG NFL podcast. I'm Connor Orr. That's Albert Breer. And look, over there in the coach's booth is Tom Brady, the owner of the Las Vegas Raiders and also a guy from Fox who sits in on production meetings. So that's where we're

going to start. We are going to preview, obviously, the week three slate ahead. Some good games,

a little bit of a clunky schedule, but we'll get to that. I want to lead with just a moment that

felt entirely surreal to me as somebody who was complaining,

obviously, about the Tom Brady ownership rules for a couple years now and never really sat

right with me.

And then all of a sudden, we get to Monday night football.

It's about nine minutes to go in the first quarter.

And our buddy, Peter Schrager, who did a great job.

That was the sideline report of the year.

I mean, and he says, hey, Chip Kelly told me that he talks to Tom Brady two or three times a week.

He's very involved with the offense.

He's super helpful.

A couple minutes later, the NFL official account tweets out at Tom Brady and at Raiders, O.C. Chip Kelly, work together on the game plan.

Clapping, clapping, emoji. About 15 minutes later, the world is hit with a massive shitstorm. The tweets down.

Pete Carroll is about a half an hour from just flat out denying it at his postgame press

conference.
