The whole concept of the New Year's resolution, as if you don't already feel badly enough

about your own failure to be who it is you aspire to be, let's go ahead and set an unrealistic

bar about some change you're going to make about yourself entering the New Year so you

can disappoint yourself quickly and immediately as the New Year begins. I hate New Year's resolution.

I would have a hard time sleeping with myself.
