I don't really understand this.

And I understand Carl Lewis was the inspiration.

And I understand why he did what he did.

You shouldn't give 100% at work.

A solid 85 is plenty.

But you're really not following Carl Lewis's idea because he would give 85% for most of the race.

All the others were just kicking ass and all the rest of it. He could keep up with them at 85%.

But then at the end, he would go to 100 percent because he had that you know some fuel

left in the tank when these other guys were slowing down yeah so that makes sense but that's

not what they're talking about they just you should always just give 85 percent at work and never

give 100 percent i understand no sense well i understand this a little bit. I think, sorry, I'm getting an echo.
