there's no question about i have a question for the two of you for all of our listeners, for, and maybe I'll get a

hold of like Carol or Heather or Beth or somebody from Livia because I'm hitting the road

tomorrow and I know for breakfast I have bars and for lunch I have bars, but when you're on the road,

where do you go to eat because

most restaurant food is so loaded with salt and fat it's unbole so I need some tips from people like

what can I pick up at a grocery store to just eat in the car or something or if I do because

Catherine's going to want to go to at least one restaurant on the trip what I mean I know I can get shrimp if they have good shrimp shrimp is wonderful that I

understand that is very very low calorie and I love it anyway just not red lobster

because that'll apparently put him out of business yeah how what the hell kind of management

do you have where you let somebody over serve and then you your business goes out of business?

What the hell kind of business person is that?

Especially at today's age, we're like old country buffet.

We've realized that the buffets don't work.
