So we might as well just start with the USA game since, again, that's where most of our focus is,

but also it was a 4 a.m. game.

My alarm went off at 3 a.m.

So that way, I would be ready for the 4 a.m. game. My alarm went off at 3 a.m. So that way I would be ready for starting 11. Um, and then I was awake. I still don't think my sleep app has actually realized that I

slept last night, which I did do. But that's always a great sign when there's just no hope of

actually sleeping a full night.

Yeah.

So that happened.

I'm still, so I'm losing full days, which is not great.

I was like really wrestling with my circadian rhythm to kind of stay on

something friendlier to Japan time. And I think two days ago, maybe it was three, maybe it was

one. My body gave me like the people's elbow. I was like, no, no. You can't do this anymore.

You're too old and just like slammed me.

I sent you a really incoherent text.

That's the last thing I remember before I woke up like nine hours later.

More or less back on East Coast time.
