Summary
Join me for a 30 or 45 minute run in St Louis. We start with a check-in with our body and mind, take in all our senses, and then have a conversation.
I answer the question about which sport I would do if I was not a runner, and then reflect on the other sports I have committed to during my life. What would you do if running wasn't an option? And what other sports have you enjoyed in life? I also talk a little about working with brands and the discomfort that comes from both sides. How irritating it is to see people online who are exploiting other people with the products they push.
