Hi friends, special treat for you today. We are going to be running in the trails. I drove

over to some limestone trails and so you're going to really get to here in nature today.

0:16.0

I am excited to share this with you. It was definitely worth doing and I think you're

0:20.2

going to enjoy this. Be sure to take a picture of where you're running and I'd love to

0:23.8

see it as well. Or actually I pass it over to me and we'll begin our together run.

Good morning friends. So I said it's special treat for you today. Really excited to just do a

0:41.0

different run together along the Merrimack. I believe it's called the Merrimack trail. I don't

0:48.5

even know but I'm here just outside of St. Louis. Will I start running and then I'll tell you a

1:30.1

but I was going to do my long run along the, yes I see the signer Merrimack Greenway and it's a

1:38.2

trail. I'm going to go off into the technical trail for a while but first I wanted to do, I thought

1:46.4

why not do a guided run like fully out in nature on this beautiful crushed limestone. I think

1:56.2

that's what it is, crushed limestone path and just share this, the quiet, the river can you hear that?

2:08.3

Maybe not. Just share this so that if you don't have someone like this you can run and I know

2:17.9

that is a privilege then you can do the next best thing which is hey me running on it and imagine

2:29.2

yourself there or you can think about where you are but I thought this would be a great thing to do

2:36.8

and just other than my fingers are going to be a bit cold I was going to be beautiful warning and so

2:45.0

excited. So we are going to begin as we normally would by doing a scan down from your head to your

2:58.6

toes. I'm going to give you a few prompt parts along the way but see what parts you notice see how
