Summary
Join me for a 30 or 45 minute run with 2-4 strides. We start with a check in with our body and mind, take in all our senses, and then have a conversation.
In this episode, I answer Elizabeth's question about my most challenging race. I talk about the two races I consider to be toughest, one I handled badly, and the other I handled well. If we were running alongside one another, what would you say was your most challenging race? When you upload your photo to social media, be sure to answer that question.
Part meditation, part run, all Tina. Would love for you to join me.

| 1:12.7 | us, our senses. And then I have a question that I'm answering from one of you. So ready to begin in |
| 1:20.5 | three, two, one, and start. Really loving the ability to not only be able to do this, but to |
| 1:36.4 | hear your feedback on which parts have been most meaningful to you, |
| 1:41.6 | and which parts are things that you don't typically do. Really trying to hone in on |
| 1:50.5 | bringing as many of those elements to each session as I can without overthinking it myself, |
| 1:57.6 | because as you can imagine, I'm also trying to do the same thing as you. And if I'm constantly |
| 2:06.0 | worrying about making it perfect, I'm not joining my run either, because my brain is then overthinking |
| 2:14.4 | everything too. So just working into it, we are just going to take a moment to scan down. I'll tell |
| 2:26.2 | you when to start, but you're going to start at the top of your head, and you're going to work |
| 2:32.6 | your way down. I'll give you some gentle guidelines of areas to consider, but really you want to be |
