Summary

Let's go for another run together...from apart.

In this together run, join me for a 30 or 45...actually 50ish minute run. We will spend time noticing how we feel mentally, emotionally, and physically, reflecting, taking in our scenery, and enjoying some random conversations.

This week I am running from my home, testing out the audio experience of this versus a quiet trail (although we do venture over to some quiet trails during this run)
