Hello, my friends. Welcome to together run 13. We are about to go out and have a 30, a 45 and

0:13.7

a 60 minute option. But if this is your first time here, I want to welcome you. I will

0:18.3

mostly be explaining what we will be doing. However, there may be a few things that you

0:22.7

can just kind of go with the flow and learn up more about it in the future. So without

0:28.5

any further ado, let's get to together run 13.

0:39.2

Good morning or happy morning friends. Excited to take you on another 30, 45 or 60 minute

0:48.9

option for our run today. And let's get to it and then we can talk a little more, right?

0:55.6

Okay, off we go in three, two and one.

1:02.4

Yep, I said 60 minutes because last time, two times, two times. Yeah, I've done 60 minutes.

1:10.0

1:35.1

But that works. I can do a 60 minute running problem. So today, I think we'll start with our usual

1:42.2

of a body checker, a mind checker, a scan. I'm sorry, that is the scan.

1:50.8

And then five senses check in, have a bit of a conversation. I think maybe we'll do

1:59.5

let's do two strides at each of the cut-offs. We'll do two strides for the 30, two at the 45,

2:08.3

and two at 60. See if I can, no, I don't want to scale way too much. So yeah,

2:18.0

all right. And I've got a lot to tell you in the rest of it about my trip to New York.

2:26.8

I'm going to give you some insider info here. So, all right, should we begin?

2:33.5

So we will start by doing a scan down as we usually do. Not going to start just yet.

2:41.9

If you can wait until I tell you to begin, but what you're going to do is you're going to start

2:48.8

from the top of your head, right, the crown of your head, and you're just going to scan your way
