Hello my friends! I'm back! Ooh, I've always sounded like it broke there.

0:12.3

Uh, Florida together on this morning. And, ooh! Do I have a together on for you? I am currently

0:21.5

looking at the overwhelming, overstimulating time-square situation. Uh, yeah. My parents and I are here in

0:36.3

New York, spent a night right by time-square. Looking at it right now all the time. So much going on,

0:42.8

you can hear noises. You can envision the squares of a bright light in TV. It's completely

0:51.2

dark outside. But, uh, yeah, it is light. As time-square it is. So, I'm going to have a start to run.

0:59.2

Are you ready? I'm not sure. Still looks kind of dark. So, actually, I think I might run around

1:04.8

this area for a little while. Just trying to decide what to do. I thought it was lighter than it is.

1:13.6

It looks tightly dark. Okay, I'm going to run up and down a bit and then we'll head over to central

1:40.2

But there are so many people. I'm currently running right through the middle of time-square.

1:44.5

Um, so friends, I'm back. Uh, not sure for how long, to be honest, this injury I have is

1:56.3

one of the worst injuries there is. And, uh, while it's been doing well,

2:05.0

uh, probably quite a lot of friends who have had this injury that you can't really

2:12.6

uh, have a truly get away from it. So, anyway, that's for later. I want us to begin,

2:25.2

as we always do. We're going to start with, um, what do we start with?

2:33.6

Body scan. If this is your first time getting together, and this one's a bit scattered,

2:38.6

uh, and I've had quite a few of you have met in person lately. I've met you in person at events,

2:46.8

and you said, I really love this together and so thank you to those of you. Before all of you

2:53.4

for being here, I really love doing this with you. It's a really special thing for me.

2:59.5

And, uh, yeah, um, I'm going to get, uh, uh, it's a really special thing for me. And, um,
