| 0:00.0 | Hello my friends, welcome to this together run. I want as always you to connect in with |
| 0:15.1 | some element of nature before you begin. I'm going to touch these nice green leaves, just |
| 0:22.4 | feel the smoothness. You ready to begin? Three, two and one, off we go. Oh wow, well friends, |
| 0:37.9 | it's been probably three weeks since I recorded it together run. Yeah, probably about two |
| 0:49.2 | or three. And you probably already tell in my voice, even now. This feels very, like putting |
| 1:04.6 | myself out there. And I know it's not. And I know, I know that I could easily say to you, |
| 1:13.2 | you know, I'm not doing this, I'm not ready. And you'd be like, fine, you absolutely do what's |
| 1:20.7 | best for you. I know that. So I know don't have to do this. But the reality is I need to start getting |
| 1:30.7 | back to my life. I need to start doing what I do. And there is a lot to say. So I'm going to go on |
| 1:46.0 | to do the meditative elements in just a minute before I'm going to explain most things throughout |
| 1:54.0 | the run. And once we've done our usual meditative elements, but before I begin, I want to say two |
| 2:02.1 | things. One, we seem to have jumped straight into somewhere at this point and sits humid. |
| 2:09.8 | And so I can feel already that my breathing is a little more labored than the husband. |
| 2:17.6 | And two, if you don't know why I'm talking weirdly and why I would not be doing what I should be |
| 2:29.3 | doing for my working career. Well, I went home to England, which you would have known if you did |
| 2:36.7 | the last together and I'll tell you, we're about that as an overall when we do our updates and catchups. |
| 2:45.6 | But upon my return, the day I arrived, the evening arrived, like while I was in Chicago, my layover, |
| 2:54.8 | I called one of my close friends who had lost his daughter like 40 days prior. To check in on him, |
| 3:06.9 | he also had a rotator cuff surgery. Two months prior was off work. Really bad surgery, like |
| 3:15.0 | was really needed. He was sort of torn by surprise that they found when they went in for the surgery. |
| 3:22.0 | Took to him, made some plans for the next week. We were going to get lunch. We were talking, laughing, |
| 3:30.6 | like being ourselves. I was going to have my aunt Jackie meet him who was with me, |
