Hello, my friends. Welcome to this together run. I'm actually going to have myself just

0:14.4

jump immediately into it. So I'm going to have you do the same in three, two and one

0:20.6

and I'll explain. Now before I explain that, I didn't start off by grounding myself

0:26.4

in some element of nature. So I want you to just take ten seconds now and find some

0:34.7

element of nature to give some attention to or just be looking around at all the elements

0:41.1

of nature around you, taking them in while you begin this run. And let's just, yeah, take

0:49.6

ten seconds now to go ahead and do that. Okay, and I also want you to just feel your

1:12.8

feet on the ground, moving with each step, hitting the ground and while you could be running

1:20.0

on dirt or grass, something natural or like me could be running on something very hard

1:28.6

and manmade, doesn't matter what you're running on. You're still landing on the earth with

1:36.7

each run, with each step, you're still connected. So we're just going to ground in in a different

1:43.0

way to start this run. And the reason for that, the reason I needed to get going right away

1:51.9

is because in four minutes we are going to be meeting my unsuspecting running partner

2:01.3

Lane and training partner. He doesn't know. I decided literally as I was walking out the door that

2:11.4

I was going to do this and I haven't told him. So you're going to get to hear his real reaction.

2:19.4

And yeah, I think he'll be okay with it. Is that mean? Maybe. But I think he knows me well

2:32.4

and I find out that probably won't be too far out of his, what he expects of me. So we're going to

2:40.9

hear a bit about his running story. We're going to do our usual sensory things with him and we'll get

2:52.9

to learn about him. And yeah, we'll see how we go and it's going to be interesting. So I'm going to

3:03.3

wait until we get to him to do the usual things. But I want to say thank you for joining us today.

3:14.2

Thank you for all the, those of you, many of you have been sharing your social media post,

3:24.2

either sending them to me in direct message, tagging me in something and oh, when you tag,
