Runners needing something new on their runs, these Together Runs are a way to feel connected with the community, feel like you are running with someone else, while at the same time, having lots of quiet space and down time to ground yourself and ask yourself some grounding questions. Every Together Run includes a nature check in, body check in, senses check in, and mental health check in. Tina leaves space for you to answer each question she asks, and this run, before the sun comes up as Tina ran will set you up for your day.

are here. I want to begin as always by doing some grounding element, touching some element

of nature or just feeling your feet on the ground. Let's just go ahead and do that.

Okay, ready? Okay, we're going to begin our run. I'm going to turn my head on one, three,

two, and one. Now today, we have a steady bit of practice with those of you who are type-A,

like me, some practice to not get anything just right. So I couldn't find my watch this morning,

so I knew watch on my wrist. I am not going to think too hard about this. So what we're going to do

is we're just going to go via the test of the clock and begin the together run. Oh, when you

heard my voice, because I know it's probably going to be about 30 seconds short on everything.

And so for all of us, this is going to be a challenge because chances are your run is going to be
