Summary
Together Run 60 and today we are running in the dark with Tina in St Louis. As always, we check in with nature, with our bodies, with our minds, and update one another with what we have been up to. This is a combination of meditating and grounding, connection and community, and it is one way to feel like you are on a social run without actually doing it.

| 0:22.3 | going to touch the bunnies obviously but I'm just aware that they are there. Are you able |
| 0:28.5 | to touch something some element of nature? If you are, go ahead and do so now. If you |
| 0:34.3 | are not then just be aware that you are grounded even if there is something man-made on top |
| 0:41.7 | of the earth you are still standing on the earth. Right you ready for us to go? In three, |
| 0:50.1 | two and one off we go. Now as you can probably guess from the noises I'm not recording this |
| 0:58.2 | in the usual time I record it. It is actually 4.45 in the morning right now. I haven't run |
| 1:06.6 | this early in a while but Steve now is leaving for work every day at 5.50 so this is my |
| 1:17.4 | depends on the day whether I can get it in but today this is the only option I have so here we |
| 1:24.5 | are. My voice probably sounds a bit harsh to right now. I think I'll get used to speaking in |
| 1:31.6 | order of a normal time. I know people's moves aren't that thin to be it was a hear me running past |
| 1:40.1 | and talking but still it does feel a bit strange doesn't it first thing in the morning to be |
| 1:48.1 | talking at a normal level when it's so quiet and see the stars moon is shining bright. |
| 1:56.3 | So it's definitely different experience to yesterday when I ran at 10.30 and the sun was beating down |
| 2:05.4 | on my head even feel a little bit chilly right now. Can I believe I'm saying? Okay for those of you |

| 2:46.5 | interviewed a guest this episode is coming in a few weeks and he talked about the synergy of |
| 2:54.7 | patterns of flow of rhythm that is similar to his work as an architect and a musician it was |
| 3:06.7 | fascinating how running tied in with all of those now that's coming but it's got me thinking |
