Summary
Together Run means we run together, as a community, as a group. While we run separate, this will feel like you are running alongside friends. Checking in with nature, with your body, with your surroundings through our meditative start to the run, and then going into a conversational part of the run, to catch up and get to know one another more. If you haven't tried a Together Run yet, and especially if you are feeling lonely, this run is worth a try.
