| 0:11.3 | My name is Brennan Gallagher and I'm filling in for Kina during this together run today. |
| 0:18.5 | She starts off all the time looking for something in nature to get in touch with. |
| 0:24.2 | Which like Tia I'm big into nature has primarily someone who loves to trail run these days. |
| 0:31.6 | Currently touching a tree on the side of where I've chosen to this today which I live in Connecticut |
| 0:39.9 | and I've decided to go on the Bacłonic Valley greenway rail trail that way I can |
| 0:46.0 | avoid cars and hope it's a little quieter. So we're going to get started. I start off a lot of |
| 0:52.0 | time these days doing a little bit of a walk warm up to get the juices flowing and loosen up a little |
| 0:59.5 | bit. I'm a little looser than I normally am because I'm starting later in the day than I normally do. |
| 1:05.2 | So that's feeling feeling pretty good. |
| 1:11.6 | Walking on my toes for a little bit and then on my heels kind of stretch out my legs. |
| 1:17.4 | And I do my toes pointing out to the side, a couple of steps. |
| 1:28.1 | Get all the muscles in the leg stretched out and then I'll do the pigeon toad walk. |
| 1:34.9 | And then I'll break into a little bit of a slow run. |
| 1:40.2 | And as we usually do on these together runs I'm going to do a number of check-ins |
| 1:52.4 | to see how we're feeling and what's going on all around us. |

| 2:13.4 | sunny out right now, we're warmer than what I've had recently. So something nice. |

| 2:26.8 | So if we start at the top of our head, very top, see what you're feeling. |
| 2:41.1 | And we're going to work down. See if we're going to wear any tension in our eyes. |
