Running in at a bit of a different time to usual, being that it is 11-something here as I'm recording

this, so it's daytime. It's not even, you know, it's barely morning. I'm probably a little bit

underdressed, as is the case often with me, but I figure I'll warm up. Okay, so if you haven't

to miss my message last week, I did a, like, just a shout-out message on Monday. It was

only eight minutes of just explaining about why there wasn't a together run, also talked

about just how I was feeling about skipping one, which I didn't like to do, and also talked

about diet culture. And now this time of year, as you know, can be so detrimental to our mental

health in terms of just the messaging we receive, the way we've been made to feel guilty for eating

maybe a little more than we usually would, or that we need to look a certain way that might be
