Hello, my friends. Are you ready for together run 15 today? We're going to do a workout.

Yep, it's been a little while since we've done one of these, but I think it is about time.

So let's get to it.

Hi, friends. I'm ready to begin yet another together run. I'm excited you were here with me.

And yeah, let's get started. We're going to begin in three, two, and one.

Now, it's been a little while since we did a workout. So today, I'm going to have a workout option.

And I'm just making this up on the spot because I remembered that there's been a few of you,

actually, who have said how much you've enjoyed the workouts specifically. And I don't think I've

these aren't supposed to be really intimidating. This is what we're going to do. And again,

I'm going to say when we do this, if you do have a coach who has set your workout for tomorrow,

we have just make sure you check with the coach basically. I don't want to a be getting anyone in

trouble, but be also don't want to just destroy you myself just because I don't want to do that.
