Hello my friends, welcome to our together long run. Well, we've done it together race but

this is the part of our Venice Beach LA collection and I'm excited you're here today.

I want us to begin as we always do with some kind of nature grounding as I look

out what I see. I mean this is like a postcard. I see some maybe not mountains but

very steep hills, canyons, I see a beach, I see white sand and a blue water. I

may well jump in the water when we finish this run. I see palm trees and just so

much nature around me. So I want you to find your LA to ground yourself whether

that is through just feeling your feet on the ground knowing that even if

you're standing on cement you are still on this mother earth right now. You are

still here, you're still connected to nature and if you do have the ability as

you usually do to connect with some element of nature go touch it with your

fingers with your toes or maybe not with your toes then you won't be able to

start your run. Let's just ground it. I am going to touch and sand because I don't

often get to touch sand and should we begin? Oh I haven't set my GPS. Yeah so

today we're going to do a long one that's a 90 minute run a little bit longer.

I'm gonna maybe if I can handle it I might do a little bit longer we'll see.
