While we cannot be physically together in person, we can run together from far apart. In this together run, I will take you through a 30 or 45 minute run, where we will spend time paying attention to our bodies, reflecting, taking in our scenery, and talking about the songs we feel represent us best.
Part meditation, part run, take a step closer to running without music or headphones.
