Summary
A truly heartbreaking story out of Plantation Florida. A dad goes to pick his toddler son up from daycare only to realize he never dropped him off that morning. He ran back to his vehicle to make the grim discovery that his son had been there the entire day as temperatures soared into the 90s. Every year dozens of families experience this horror and the majority of parents are prosecuted for the death of their child. This latest tragedy is a brutal reminder to parents and caregivers how easily accidents like this can happen, as 2/3 of the country deals with a massive heat wave.
