Today we're going to be joined by a buddy of mine who's also a bit of a mentor of mine.

His name is Todd Herman.

When I first met Todd, I was really impressed and slightly intimidated by the guy.

It's one of those people that comes with a long list of credentials and can, well, intimidate you a bit.

He is the mindset coach for a lot of high performance athletes and high performance entrepreneurs,

and I asked him to come on to talk about a concept that he calls the 90 day year.

The 90 day year is one of the first things that he works on with his athlete clients and

with his entrepreneur clients, which is basically the concept of taking the goals that you have

in this year or whatever year and breaking them into 90-day sprints rather than spreading them

out over the course of an entire year. And by doing so, we accomplish a lot more faster and make

our success inevitable. Todd has a lot to communicate in these 45 minutes or so. So he talks really fast, so I attempt to break it down in between thoughts.
