Today I'm going to be joined by a very old friend of mine. His name is Josh Cantwell.

Josh is a master real estate investor. And I asked him to come on to talk about cash generation

in a real estate business, and we also talk about cash generation in any business through

the use of leverage, because Josh doesn't use any of his own money on deals, and he does it

for a very specific reason that I thought was applicable over all businesses,

not just real estate businesses, but internet businesses, Amazon businesses,

traditional businesses, whatever it is, I think you're going to get a lot out of his

strategy for leveraging money.

You're also going to learn about how he buys and sells houses for income.

And I wanted him to talk about that because a lot of you know my investment strategy.
