You know, it's so crazy because a lot of times you look at somebody and you're like, oh, my God, you started a business because your dad gave you, you know, a million dollars and you've made it into something or you're a Murdoch.

But Raising Keynes actually started with one man and one idea.

Yeah. I mean, it was a college dream and then actually turned that into a college business plan that got actually the worst grade in the class.

Have you ever seen that professor? Have you ever seen that professor and been like, guess what my fucker?

You know, actually he actually contacted me years later. He gets a big laugh out of it, you know, and actually said, hey, I'm the professor.

He said the plan was written really well, said literally, you know, because I knew what like aprons would cost me.

But he said, you know, look, concept serving just chicken fingers in South Louisiana where we're known for our Cajun and Creole food is one, that concept doesn't work.

And also you didn't study your industry because at that point, McDonald's and all these other quick service restaurants, we're adding so much variety.
