Yes, indeed, and today we toast 57-year-old Nigel Richards of somewhere in New Zealand, our very own Mike Hawke.

We'll have more of this in headlines, but Nigel is known as the Tiger Woods of Scrabble,

as he's considered the world's best Scrabble player.

And I'm sure he gets much leg for that one.

Anyway, last month, he entered the 2024 Spanish-language Scrabble World Competition in Granada, Spain.

Now, he didn't just enter.

He won.

But what makes this one particularly noteworthy

is that Nigel does not speak Spanish.

And as crazy as that might sound, back in 2015,

Nigel won the French language Scrabble World Championship.

And hey, guys, guess what other language he does not speak?

Portuguese. French.
