Today we toast Richard Snyder of somewhere in upstate new york now like a lot of people richard is not a fan

of the idea of doing jury duty so like a lot of people he made some wild statements during the

jury screening process where he was a prospective juror.

One of his quotes was, quote, I know that everybody that comes to court is guilty.

They wouldn't be here if they were innocent.

And he also said that his interpretation of the innocent until proven guilty thing

was that guilty people were brought to court to have it made official that they're guilty

and received their sentence.

So naturally he was dismissed

from the case, but he ended up losing

his job because of it.

Because Richard is a judge

in upstate New York.
