Yes, indeed, and today we toast an unidentified man from San Juan Malta.

Now, our honoree, along with multiple other residents of San Juan, they'd been pleading

with the local city council for months to fix the numerous potholes

plaguing the streets, particularly the potholes on and around Bella Vista Road.

Well, the potholes, they'd gotten to the point that they were, quote, hazardous.

Anyway, like most municipalities, the San Juanwan City Council, they dragged their feet.

So our honorary, he took matters into his own hands.

What did he do?

He did what, frankly, I believe to be the one thing that cuts through the red tape,

demolishes bureaucracy, and gets any city to move with swiftness.

He's spray-painted penises around each and every single

pothole throughout the city of San Juan the following day. The city council announced that they'd be

fishing the potholes soon. It's just that he, I don't know what it is. If you want to get something

done, spray-painted penis on it. I swear to God, it's like no matter where you are in the world,

this is the greatest offense you can do. And people that have been dragging their feet for months
