It turns out that while young people often struggle in the workplace as it is,

Gen C is actually truly proving to have the hardest time adapting to office life.

I read that. And it's, there was a little bit that made sense of it, but at the same time, like, I don't, I don't know that it would hinder as much as they're saying it well.

I mean, it's the only excuse they can come on.

Basically, it's just COVID.

Right.

So not just missing out on those certain social interactions at an age where it's important because you're about to get into the work.

Right. These kids came into the workforce with working from home and whatnot. It's like there was a swing of four to five years of people that went into the

workforce working from home. There was a handful more that got sent home. And there were others that

then came in behind that. But it's, I think you also, sometimes I wonder if people know enough to know that their algorithms are tailored to them.

I don't think a lot of people know that.

So when you go into a workplace, you're going to encounter a lot of different people with a lot of different views.

Absolutely.

And if you only know your vacuum of seeing the same stuff over and over,

like I might think you're just a god-awful person because we disagree on one thing.

Exactly.

Well, and then it was a little bit of what they talked about.

They said, look, the place that I'm dealing with, I've got these Gen Z kids that are coming up there.
