So basically, a video was posted to Instagram.

It shows a confrontation on a freeway in Oakland, where a man driving a white Jeep, he's screaming

raceless slurs out of his window out of a car full of black women, all right?

So the video starts up with the man repeatedly yelling inward out of his car window as the

women react and bewilder him.

So the enraged man, he correens in and out of his lane as he continues to yell expletives

and the enraged.
