He was filming a video. I don't know if it's a music video

part of a document. No idea it doesn't matter but anyway as he's there he noticed a

woman quote-unquote in despair standing on a ledge so Bon Jovi went over to the woman and was actually able to convince her not to jump.

He actually helped pull her off the ledge.

Now, I don't know because I haven't heard any quote from this woman.
