The time it is and as usual we head Tuesday to see the day we toast an unidentified woman

from China but her story takes place in Fukushima, Japan.

Now she was in Japan for international studies and she recently got herself into

some legal trouble.

The crime?

Well, it seems pretty obvious.

Like most countries, it is illegal to drive a vehicle on the sidewalk in Japan, but she was caught doing exactly that.

Now, her excuse was that she didn't know Japanese law. Now authorities pointed out that that really is not

excuse and even if she didn't know that you could not drive a vehicle on the sidewalk, she

would certainly know you at least need a license to operate a vehicle, period.

And she did not have a license for the vehicle that she's operating.

Now, we're not sure the severity of the penalties that she's facing.

I think it's more of a fine than any kind of jail time.

But if she has learned one thing when you're in Japan it is not

okay to ride your wheeled suitcase on Japanese sidewalks.

Hmm she was on a wheeled suitcase.
