Yes indeed and today we toast 74 year old Henry Earl of Lexington Kentucky.

Now sadly Earl passed away last week at the nursing home he'd been a resident in for the last few years.

Now he's gone but he will not be forgotten as he left behind a body of work unrivaled by anyone else quite literally on this planet.

It all started in 1970, you see.

That's when Henry was busted for carrying a concealed weapon.

Fast forward to 2017, he was arrested for public intoxication.

Now, in the 47 years between the first arrest and his latest arrest,

Henry was arrested 1,500 times. That is 1,500. And the overwhelming bulk of those,

public intoxication and disorderly conduct and these 15,000 arrests

added up to a total of 16.4 years behind bars or about four days per incarceration

and in case you're wondering yes Henry does four days per incarceration.

And in case you're wondering, yes,

Henry does hold the record for the world's most arrested man.

But as for the Lexington Police Department,

they say they're actually going to miss Henry

...
