The United States of Kalisa reached out to him, he responded back, and Paraguay entered into a partnership.

Shouldn't be a big deal.

But he ended up resigning when everyone found out later, the United States, Kalisa, does not exist.

It is not a freaking country, but this guy signed an official memorandum

of understanding with this place.
