Now first I think we can all agree that no one wants to be served

papers right nobody so if you know you're going to be served you make yourself

they've been trying to track down real life goblin Rudy Giuliani,

right? They're trying to serve from a summons to appear in court.

But nobody can find his ass because he knew it was coming so he's right he's just

getting out of the way it's like this ongoing thing for a few weeks well

guess what turns out Tyrese also about to be served papers in his case regarding a $10 million lawsuit

against him.

Now he happens to be on tour, so he's real easy to track down and in this case Tyrese he's performing at an amphitheatre in Atlanta.

Now it seems that the process server was waiting for him backstage and you think to yourself, hey man, what a great plan, right?

He'll finish the show, we serve in the papers, and then the rest is his problem.
