Yes indeed and today we toast Miss Julie Burdock of Sydney Australia.

Yeah, Julie now she's a real estate agent there and she had a four bedroom $2 million house to sell.

That means she's going to make some good coin on this. So she was preparing it for an open house when she noticed that the current

renters had left some wet blankets on a deck to air drive. So the owner of the

home he's renting it out. It is four bedrooms, so there were four people living in

the house.

They tidy it up, but if you've ever been to an open house, everything looks spotless.

And the real estate agents, they go through great trouble just to hide any kind of clutter.

So she saw the blankets drying on the deck outside.

She's like, I'm not going to do that.

So instead, she threw the sheets on a shelf inside.

She folded them up, put them on a shelf in a bedroom.

So when you walked in, it looked a little more natural and but she was

kind so to help them dry she understood what they were trying to do she turned down this

big bright light that was above them yeah well the blankets ended up catching on fire due to the heat from the light.
