And greetings my friends, patriots, lovers of democracy, truth and justice,

believers in peace, freedom, and the American Way.

I wanted to just do a kind of a sense of the public poll today.

I'm wondering who you are considering for president on the Democratic side of course.

I'm guessing very few of you are considering Donald Trump or Mr. Well, William Well, the Libertarian,

former Governor of Massachusetts who wants to end Social Security and

Medicare. Although I guess that makes him an appropriate Republican

candidate. But the reason I ask, and we'll be taking your calls on this,

and the one thing I ask is that you not call

to tell me who you don't want. I want to avoid the whole circular firing

squad thing. When I was a little kid growing up my dad always used to say to me if

you can't say something nice about somebody don't say anything at all. I would start

criticizing or

complaining about people and he would always just cut me off in mid-sentence and say

Tommy if you can't say something nice about people don't say anything at all and

so I'm going to apply that rule today. You know, I

get it. There are some people who don't like Bernie Sanders or don't like

Joe Biden or don't like, you know, fill in the

blank and for whatever reason. But I, you know, I just, that's not what I

think is going to make a useful conversation. So the reason why I ask who you're considering is because there's a new poll out.
