40 minutes and also wrap a little bit on the Atlanta Falcons who are a very intriguing team.

We did the Falcons eight buckets exercise yesterday on the show. Once again, if you missed it, make sure you check it out in podcast form. But the Falcons are a really fun team because the win totals that's seven and a half. Eight buckets agreed. But in doing the exercise, so many toss-up games for the Atlanta. I felt like we did like eight straight toss-up games at one point during the duration of the schedule. Like this team, if they're really good, they can put up a big-time record if all these toss-up games end up going their way, but also on the other side of the spectrum, if they're bad, it could be a disaster season. And maybe Rahim Morris and Terry Fontno, the head of coach and general manager, are fired at the end of the year. This is a high leverage, volatile team of the Atlanta Falcons. And Nick will talk about that coming up later on at 4 o'clock. But let's go ahead and get into today's top headlines. And to help me do that is the man that's been filling in all week for our executive producer, Bill Zimmerman, is the great Tyler Morales, who joins me right now here on You Better You Bet. Tyler, before we get into the top stories of the day, how was your night last night? I know, like, you were not a part of the final, like, hour of the show because you had the power outage. Let the folks know, the power clearly is back since you're now here with us but like what happened what was the

timeline like last night and uh what'd you do to fill all that time in the darkness yeah so i

didn't have power for the last like hour and a half of the show somebody hit a pole in front of my house

and in the town i hope they're okay yes we hope they're okay i yeah i hope they're good and i also like

you know if there's a poll in the way, just like move, just drive

away.

And the problem is, like, I live, like, in a remote area. So, like, if the power goes out, here we go. The guy, I thought two hours before someone to come fix this. So I lost power like at 4.30. It didn't come back on until 9. I spent the last two hours in my car,

like charging my phone, listening to music,

and trying to do stuff for Bed MGM tonight,

because I was also working the show. So I was doing stuff on my phone. So it was a disaster. Thankfully, it wasn't hot outs because obviously we didn't have AC, but I don't know how people did it back in the day with no electricity. I thought about like reading a book. That's how that's how stressful I was. But we got power back. At least we're alive, so. You had the flashlight going? Or did you go like the lamp? Like the little thing, the lamp, like those people that were like, Indiana Jones style? Like what was the situation like? Thankfully, it was still daytime out, but it got a little, it got darker as like the night obviously went on. And I just used my phone going through my house. Our power goes out all the time here. So honestly, I'm just used to at this point. But if we can avoid hitting polls in New Jersey, I'd really appreciate that, everybody. Just like move. Just like, look while you drive. That's my advice. Well, I will issue my condolences to whoever drove into the poll there. I know Tyler, a little bit salty, given the fact that it knocked out his power. But hopefully they're A-OK. But, yeah, let's avoid those polls and let's keep the lights on out there at the Morales household so we can be a part of, you better, you bet. Tyler reporting that they're alive and good okay well then yeah avoid the poll then damn it all right like move yes uh with that being said though

Now, family, we know the Yankees are down bad right now. They've moved to third and a L East and our five and a half games back in the division. It's like it's a comedy of errors every game. It's really fun to watch. Femi, is it time to buy the Yankees with Aaron Judge returning to the lineup finally? I actually don't think it is. I don't think it's time to buy the same.

Like the vibe is just off.
