Right now less than eight hours remain until Ivan's scheduled execution time of 6 PM, Central Standard time.

Yesterday Ivan's latest filings were denied by the CCA and Fifth Circuit Court.

It's my understanding as of right now, the only hope that Ivan makes it

past 6 p.m. tonight is the Supreme Court or relief from Texas Governor Abbott. There's been thousands of notes and thousands of calls

to the Collin County DA and Governor's office.

We're still doing everything we can with boots on the ground in Huntsville.

There will be a gathering starting around 3 p.m. at the Huntsville unit.

Ivan is still currently at the Polonsky unit. He will be transferred to the Huntsville unit around 1 p.m.

At that point, he'll be counting down the hours until 6 o'clock.

I'll keep you posted on this podcast feed and social media as much as possible throughout

the day. If you're religious and don't believe Ivan is deserving of execution,

now is the time to start praying.
