This approaching deal with this approaching? Well I have ups and downs. Some days are good, some days

are bad. It's mixed emotions because I know I've got a wonderful appeal that warrants relief to get me a new trial.

I have a wonderful attorney, but yet is the court going to do the right thing?

If you look at the history, no. It's this simple.

Even now we know that there's information that's not being, you know,

presented or turned over.

But with the team that we have that's not being presented or turned over.

But with the team that we have, if you were to give us everything that we're entitled to and what we need.

Not only can we unravel my wrongful conviction and prove that they're innocent to the world,

but if the police aren't going to do it, let us have what you have and what you won't turn over to us,

and by God, we'll solve the crime and solve the case for them. When this thing goes to court in trial, I have one shot and one opportunity to be not guilty or I go to prison in death row.

That's the reality of it.

We have busted alibiis, we have caught people in lies. This is just insane because everybody's

pointing the finger at somebody else.

You just don't hear every day walking in somebody's house they're going to take the

plastic out and pop somebody. So he could get the execution day pretty much any

day? Yeah. There's no impediment. This is cousins by blood. This interview with

Today's a tough tough day for me because today's the day where I filled out all my paperwork.

So yeah, it's a tough day to have to go through that again.
