lead singer syndrome, a podcast where I talk to other lead singers about what it's like to be in a band.

So yes it's probably Monday for you, maybe Tuesday maybe Wednesday.

For me it's Saturday morning at about 830.

And you guys might be wondering, well, Shane,

you're a rock star, lead singer.

What the hell are you doing up at 830 on a Saturday morning?

Well, I'm on this no drinking kick,

and now I'm up to 15 days, and I feel great, man.

And my girlfriend had to wake up early for a work shift.

So I'm like, you know what baby? I'll get up at

six thirty and drive you to work. So here I am. I'm back from doing that and

now I'm just ready to record some podcasts, man. It's such a weird thing, you know,

like I'm what you'd say a real night owl. I always have done my most productive work you know late at night

in my younger days it was very routine for me to stay up till like four or five in the

morning you know just working on shit but man when you get up early in the

morning and you get a whole bunch of shit done and then you look at the time and

you're like man I've got all this stuff done and I usually would be sleeping right now.

It's an amazing thing so that's what I'm trying to do today get this podcast wrapped up and

work on some solo stuff that I got coming out. That's right, I got a solo project and it's going to be launched this Friday,

which is really, really exciting for me. It's something I wanted to do for a long time.
