Hello everyone and welcome to another edition of Turned Outa Punk Classics where we take older episodes and bring them back into the feed.

Today we are looking at the great Jeff Cannonball, someone who is a legend in death match wrestling, hardcore punk, an amazing father and an all-around incredible person.

Jeff is someone I first met years ago, like 10 years ago now, when I was making the

Tournament of Death documentary with Vice, Bloodlust.

I met him at the H2O show, which was the first H2O show that Matt Tremont put on.

He was working that night with the great Kevin Sullivan.

And he came out to plastic bomb by Poison Idea. He had a tear it up flip t-shirt for sale on his

merch table. And he became one of my favorite wrestlers right there and then

over the years I got to know Jeff and came to realize that as I said he's one of the

greatest people of all time and was honored to have him not on the show once but twice one time

I had a live show and then before that or a normal, recently Jeff has been diagnosed with ALS,

also known as Lou Gehrig's disease, and it sucks, but I think a testament to how amazing

Jeff is. A lot of people have come together to try and raise some money for Jeff and his

That's going to be taking place on Sunday November, or sorry, Sunday, September 14th at 2.30 p.m.

at the New Province High School.

And there's going to be an incredible lineup of wrestlers there that day.

I think Joey Janelle has already announced, MJF is announced,

and I bet you there's going to be a lot more because, as I say, Jeff's one of the greats of all time.
