Hey, this is the moment. I'm Brian Koppelman. Thanks for listening. This is exciting for me. I have the whole band Towed The Wet Sprocket here. Todd Nichols, Dean Dinning, Glen Phillips.

And I have known these guys for 30 years, I realize.

And we all were like kids when we met.

And I asked Glenn to do this because I guess it's your 30th anniversary as recording artist

which means you know it's it's our 30th anniversary too I was thinking about this

when I saw you guys play here in New York I guess a year ago or a year and a half ago

as soon as we all are in a room together it's like time has just disappeared

and I was thinking about why and I get wistful about how both how like sure of ourselves we all were and how little we actually knew

When you think about it compared to now, but we also understood certain essential things.

So how does that time when you were, had just recorded Bread and Circus, you had recorded Pale, but it wasn't out yet at all in any way not even on cassettes for your friends.

How does that time sit for you guys?

Because I imagine it was the very last moment where it was just you guys and your dream.

Like when you think back to those days, how does it land for you?

It's hard to remember, honestly.

I mean, it's so long ago, in some ways were so informed and I think generally there

and I was gonna go to San Francisco, we were going to go to different schools, like we were just going to have these couple records and, you know, playing for our kids someday.
