Matthew chapter 16.

I'm gonna read quite a few verses and we're gonna read one verse from a story

and then we're just gonna, we're gonna see what God does.

Matthew chapter 16, verse 13 says this. It says now when Jesus came to the district of

Cesarea Philippi he asked his disciples who do people culture say that the son of man is? Who do they say

that I am? They said well some say you're John the Baptist.

Others say Elijah. And others Jeremiah or one of the prophets. They know you're special. They know you're different. They know you're unique. So he said to his disciples, but who do you say that I am? Simon Peter replied, you are the Christ, the son of the living God. Jesus answered him,

Blessed are you, Simon Bar Jonah, for flesh and blood,

has not revealed this to you, Simon Bar Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed

this to you, but my father who is in heaven.

And I tell you, now you are Peter, which means rock.

And on this rock, I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against

it.

And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven.

And whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven.

And whatever you loose on earth, earth shall be loosed in heaven.

Your yes on earth will change heaven's yes.

Your no on earth will align with heaven's no.
