My most important to Allah is the Most Merciful, the Most Merciful, the Most Merciful.

Everyone here at this beautiful center, insha'Allah, there is a sakina in the center, and clearly

with that tranquility, there is a level of tranquility that descends, I pray, because of the mention

of the most beloved of Allah's creation to him, insha'Allah, who is salam, for an entire

day here, and with that would be the presence of the dying tani of the angels and of

his Rahmah of his mercy, and I pray that Allah subhanahu alayhi wa sallam wa sallam wa sallam.

I mean, when I was asked what to speak about in this particular context, I wanted to address

probably what is the most fundamental element of this, but at the same time, hopefully leave

you with some thought, and this will be a little bit different because I actually want

to reflect on this from a bit of a personal perspective.

A connection to the Prophet ﷺ that we are all trying to forge on a consistent basis

can be complicated, and not everyone is going to find the same connection to the messenger

adding his salat was salam, but there is a level that all of us have to connect with

the Prophet ﷺ with, and a particular dimension.

And I want to start actually with a story that really brings this discussion to a level

of our daily connection with the Qur'an, and it's actually a narration from Anastatul

Malik, where he mentions that the Prophet ﷺ used to visit Umayman ﷺ, the woman

who held him on his salat was salam from the very beginning, and then followed him in

his entire pursuit on his salat was salam of Allah, through his life until the very last
