So there we are.

The end of another week, another week in Funland.

So how are you doing here?

Yeah, not too bad.

Been a reasonable week, busy as you like. And yeah, yeah, you know, got myself in the gym again

this afternoon. I had a good August. I managed 15 gym visits in 31 days. I was pretty proud of myself

there. Managed to put on about 20 pound over the, over the month. So I was done as well as I might have hoped

for my general body mass index

but still I'd like to think

I'm some kind of sculpted god

and I can't see if I'm not

so yeah not not bad at all mate

I think you've had a much tougher week though

well yeah I mean aside from the usual

sort of things

going on for me at the moment, yeah,

unfortunately, my nan passed away last Saturday.
