Alright folks, always excited when Friday rolls around because that means that one of my friends stops by and you know what I say this, I mean this.

I've known these people for a long time. I believe in their content. I believe in who they are.

And I also believe that the area in which they are experts is vital to you.

Yes, we spend the majority of our time talking about finding out what it is that you were created to do and then how do you create a plan to see that dream become a reality.

But you are more than one dimensional. You're more than your career.

Well, I'm really excited about having you on on a regular basis. I know it's going to be so much fun for our audience.

But I want them to get to know you and the man, the story, the heart behind the great work that you do.

So let's go back a ways. This is fun because we have people calling all the time and we go back and start asking them.

All right, the earliest you can remember dreaming about something, having an idea that this might be cool or this would be fantastic to do. Take us back.

When do you remember starting to at least get a sense of something that led maybe to what you're doing now or was it completely different? Talk to us about that.

Wow, that's a great question. I think Ken, at 17 years old, I really began to get a glimpse for wanting to change the world.

I know that's pithy and cliche, but I was a young aspiring teenager. You know, wanting to do something that really mattered and make a difference and do something that counts.

But I think that was at that point that I really, really caught this vision. So I go off to college a year later and it was my sophomore year of college that I began to write out what I called my life sentence.

It wasn't so much a purpose statement, although I believe in that. It was a sentence that would describe my life if someone else at my funeral perhaps said, this is what he did.

When I wrote down the phrase, he influenced the influencers. Now I had no idea what that meant. I was 19 at the sophomore college double major.

You know, just ready to charge hell with a water pistol really, but I didn't know what I was doing. But it was at that time when I penned that out.
